Dave and Lisa delivered my RYA First Aid refresher last year ( 2025) at Bala Sailing Club. This is the best course I have attended with exceptional knowledge and experience delivered in a friendly, hands on practical course. The equipment we used to practice CPR was high tech giving feedback on monitoring your effectiveness on giving CPR to adults, children and babies. Highly recommend attending one of their courses.
